The Bowman Block building is located in the Beatty Heritage Block of Crosstown in Vancouver. Crosstown bridges Gastown, Chinatown, Victory Square and Vancouver's Entertainment District and is a special enclave unto itself.
The Bowman Block was the first brick building on the block, built in 1906, and added to in 1914. There is only one commercial space in The Bowman Block.
