21 Doors, the latest Gastown project by Robert Fung’s Salient Group, sold just over 90% of homes during its opening week, with the majority selling to local homebuyers.
“21 Doors buyers are a diverse demographic including all age ranges, couples and singles” says developer Robert Fung of the Salient Group. “Most of the homebuyers are currently renting in Gastown, were looking to own their home, and who plan on moving into their new suites when 21 Doors is ready for occupancy in December.”
