Trapp+Holbrook Previews Begin This Saturday: Meet Our Sales Team

April 26th, 2012

The time is now! Previews of Trapp+Holbrook start this Saturday, April 28, and we can’t wait to reveal more about these modern homes located in revitalized downtown New Westminster.

The Trapp+Holbrook presentation centre, located at 668 Columbia Street, is open from 12PM to 7PM, Monday to Thursday, and 12PM to 5PM Saturday to Sunday.

We think that with Trapp+Holbrook’s proximity to Skytrain, great design, affordable price and the area’s high growth potential, that we’ll have a hot property when the 20-storey tower is launched for sale next month. Prices start at $219,900 and 100 homes are available under $299,900.

We hope to see you at the previews! To register, please visit thliving.com.

Here’s some information about the men and women who will help you choose your new home at Trapp+Holbrook. They also shared what they’re most excited about in New West.

What about Trapp + Holbrook are you most excited about?
Based on the feedback we’ve received, there’s lots of local anticipation around the project. I’m very excited to hear their stories of New Westminster’s change, its past and how they feel the future will look. I think the Salient Group will do a great job of trailblazing Columbia Street’s rejuvenation.

April 18th, 2012

Western Canada’s first city is set for a comeback.

New Westminster, a city with a rich past, is ready to draw us in again. Boasting hip new shops, hot restaurants and the historical charm the city is known for, New West is reclaiming its reputation as the Golden Mile and once again becoming the “place to be” in the Lower Mainland.

In 1859, Her Royal Highness Queen Victoria personally handpicked the city’s name, thus giving residents the honour of referring to their home as the “Royal City”. Columbia Street, future home of Salient’s Trapp + Holbrook, was also once known as the Golden Mile, a prosperous and beloved neighbourhood.

Trapp + Holbrook in New Westminster by The Salient Group

Modern living meets historic charm for our latest project Trapp + Holbrook!

Located in the heart of downtown New Westminster, Western Canada’s first city, the area is evolving into a modern waterfront community while still keeping its much loved historical appeal.

We feel that building in New Westminster makes a lot of sense. As we mentioned in a recent BuzzBuzzHome blog post, we see a lot of parallels between Gastown and New Westminster’s downtown core. Both areas are seeing growth, increased density, and the opening of hip new businesses and amenities.
