21 Doors: Salient Group Opens New Doors in Gastown

Robert Fung’s Salient Group is creating an intimate group of courtyard homes on historic Carrall Street, with 21 Doors ready for occupancy this November.

“These 21 homes will fill a need for well-designed yet more affordable housing in downtown Vancouver,” says Robert Fung, president of the Salient Group. Prices start at $209,900. Sizes range from 383-532 square feet for studio and one-bedroom homes to 789 square feet for two bedrooms. Sales commence October 15.

Community is central to 21 Doors, which is built around a stylish and private courtyard, designed to foster a sense of security as residents get to know their neighbours.

“This courtyard design would be impossible to re-create today, given modern economic constraints,” adds Robert Fung. “21 Doors is different from every other Vancouver condo development and offers people a one-of-a-kind buying opportunity.”

21 Doors itself overlooks the newly opened Carrall Street Greenway that connects downtown to Chinatown, the seawall and the rest of Vancouver. Located at 370 Carrall Street, 21 Doors is in the heart of Gastown: cool café Nelson the Seagull is across the street, and Sean Heather’s soon to open Bitter pub is kitty corner.

The four-storey building will feature retail space at street level and residences above. If you are interested in 21 Doors, please register today and we will get in touch with you shortly. Our presentation centre opens at 360 Carrall Street on October 15th.

Known and celebrated for its heritage revitalization projects which have received numerous heritage awards, 21 Doors developer Salient Group is equally committed to creating exceptional architecture and sustainable urban communities, for which it has been recognized by a Lieutenant-Governor’s Medal in Architecture and Sustainable Architecture and Buildings awards.
