Gastown continues to be a favourite destination for Vancouver’s most creative and enterprising citizens, foodies being no exception. The next major opening will be Peckinpah at 2 Water Street, which is now heavily in renovation mode. Peckinpah is a project from restauranteur Tyson Reimer and designer Ryan Murfitt, who are hoping to open their doors to the public in October. Scout Magazine has further details, and photos.
