There are 38 homes in this modern conversion of a 102 year old warehouse. In 2007, the Bowman Block was honoured by the UDI with an Award of Excellence for Revitalization, Renovation or Heritage. With original fir floors, exposed brick and massive beams, this is a rare commodity in Western Canada. The modern intervention features interior design by Alda Pereira and
architecture by Gair Williamson. New construction atop the original building make up the sub-penthouses, penthouses and rooftop urban oasis that includes an outdoor fireplace and built-in barbecue. The rest of the homes consist of single level flats and double-height lofts in the original building finished to the same high standard.
